At UMass Amherst, there was a Passport Caravan funded by the CIEE that came to campus and registered students for a valid passport, free of change! This was great! So, I attended. I filled out the application, got my photo taken, and had the documents stamped with approval. Two weeks later, it has arrived in the mail! I am now officially a potential globe trotter!
